Got an air bubble in the membrane? No problem.

If you notice a small bubble in the membrane, don’t worry – it’s harmless. It’s caused by pressure differences and does not affect waterproofing up to 200 ft.
[Smartphone Function] Why is it suggested to remove the smartphone screen protector film before we put the phone in?
There is a thickness of the membrane itself, with the thickness of the screen protector, the sensitivity of the touchscreen could be lost. the thin plastic screen protector might cause a problem of phone stuck in the housing.
[After-sales] My smartphone screen was off underwater and I couldn’t turn it on again.
Please check if the smartphone function is well setup according to the guideline, such as turn on Raise to Wake on iPhone or turn off Mistouch Prevention on Android phones.
[AFTER-SALES] IS THE AIR BUBBLE IN THE MEMBRANE A QUALITY DEFECT?
The bubble won’t affect your operation and waterproof of the housing. It could be appear on the plane or high altitude area ,or after operation in diving. In some situation, it could dissolve back to the liquid if you go to low altitude area.
[Housing Function] If I change a new phone later, can it still work in this housing?
One of the feature of SeaTouch 4 MAX housing is its modular adaptor for different smartphone. With different adaptor, the housing is universal for a various number of phone model. Users just need to buy a new adaptor to fit in with the new phone.
[Housing Function] Can it be operated when I wear gloves?
It is operable while wearing wet suit gloves underwater. However, due to most of the dry suit gloves made by insulating material, it has to be a conductive cot on the glove to operate by touchscreen.
[Full touch screen] Function wise, this is the only housing where you can use the entire touchscreen underwater. No buttons! Waterproof to 60 meters/196 feet, you can use all of your apps, camera for photos and change any settings just as you would on land.
